This Delivery Partner Policy outlines the terms and conditions for individuals and businesses partnering with SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX as delivery partners. By signing up as a delivery partner, you agree to comply with this policy, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Be at least 18 years old and above.
  • Possess a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.).
  • Own or have access to a two-wheeler with valid documents like registration, insurance, and pollution certificate.
  • Have a valid driving license and necessary vehicle permits.
  • Own a smartphone with GPS capabilities and an active internet connection.
  • Pass a background verification process.

3. Responsibilities of Delivery Partners

  • Pick up grocery orders from the assigned warehouse or store and deliver them to customers promptly.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the items being delivered.
  • Follow the assigned delivery schedule and route for efficiency.
  • Handle perishable and fragile grocery items with care.
  • Maintain professional and courteous behavior with our customers and staff.
  • Use the official SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX delivery app for order management and tracking.
  • Comply with all traffic rules and regulations, including those from police stations and court cases.
  • Report any issues related to deliveries, such as delays, customer complaints, or damaged goods.

4. Delivery Timings & Order Management

  • Delivery slots will be assigned based on location and demand.
  • Partners must be available during peak hours, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Real-time updates on delivery status must be provided via the app.

5. Payment & Incentives

  • Delivery partners will receive payments on a weekly/monthly basis, depending on the contract.
  • Earnings will be based on a per-delivery rate plus incentives for timely deliveries.
  • Any deductions for penalties or non-compliance will be communicated in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Delivery partners must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical practices.
  • Misuse of customer information is strictly prohibited.
  • Alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances are not allowed while on duty.
  • Rude or inappropriate behavior towards customers or staff may lead to termination.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or vehicle damage during delivery operations.
  • Delivery partners are advised to have valid third-party insurance for their vehicles.

8. Termination Policy

SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX reserves the right to terminate a delivery partner’s contract under the following conditions:

  • Repeated customer complaints or poor service quality.
  • Violation of traffic laws, misconduct, or fraudulent activities.
  • Failure to adhere to delivery schedules and policies.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Delivery partners must maintain the confidentiality of customer data, including addresses and contact details.
  • Sharing customer information with third parties is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between delivery partners and SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX shall be resolved amicably. If necessary, legal recourse may be taken as per the governing laws.

11. Amendments to Policy

SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to delivery partners in advance.
