At SYNGROC UNIT OF SYNTEXX, we strive to ensure that our customers receive fresh, high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• - The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.


• - The wrong product was delivered.


• - The product is missing from the order.

Note: Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen goods are non-returnable unless they are spoiled or damaged upon delivery.

2. Return Request Process

• - Customers must request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Return Verification & Approval

4. Refund & Replacement

• - Replacement: If available, we will send a replacement for the returned product.


• - Refund: If a replacement is not available, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• - Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and frozen products) unless spoiled upon arrival.


• - Items without original packaging or with tampered/broken seals.


• - Any product returned after 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

• - Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.


• - Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
