1. Delivery Timings

• We deliver products between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
• Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next day morning.

2. Delivery Speed

• Eligible items will be delivered within 15 minutes of order placement, subject to item availability and location.

3. Delivery Process

• All items are sanitized before delivery to ensure safety and hygiene.
• An OTP (One-Time Password) is required at the time of delivery for Product Delivery Confirmation (PDC).

4. Delays & Rescheduling

• In case of unavoidable delays due to weather, traffic, or high demand, customers will be notified promptly.
• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a reattempt will be scheduled, or the order may be canceled as per policy.
